Dumpling Making Demo and Meet and Greet

Join us on Tuesday, February 25 from 11 am - 5 pm at Segundo Dining Commons for an event you won't want to miss. UC Davis Alumni and popular television host, Chef Martin Yan, will be hosting a dumpling making demo and meet and greet! 

Chef Martin Yan is a food writer, author of many cookbooks and hosts an award-winning and beloved PBS-TV cooking show, Yan Can Cook, which began in 1982 and continues to this day with over 3,500 episodes. 

We’ll also be serving some of Chef Martin Yan’s recipes at Segundo Dining Commons that you can enjoy.
