Series of one-hour workshops exploring the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. The series runs each quarter.
Tired of hearing about 'good' and 'bad' foods? Practice letting go of diet culture with the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating. Learn to really hear and honor your body cues instead of listening to the rules that diet culture creates and enforces. In a small group, work with the Intuitive Eating workbook and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor to explore how to disengage from diet culture and develop a healthy relationship with food. Meetings are one hour weekly during Fall quarter. Meeting day/time determined by the group. *NOTE: This is not a therapy group. We do not treat or give advice about how to deal with eating disorders.
