Meet the residential dining leadership team who oversee the day to day operations of the dining commons and help keep our community full. Our dining team includes many additional people who play a critical role in our operation including the front of house staff, kitchen staff, the retail dining team, and many more behind the scenes staff who manage everything from purchasing ingredients to assessing nutritional content of recipes. Monday, September 25, 2023 the Dining Commons (DCs) reopen for service for the academic year. All meal plan holders should be aware of an important change to policy for swiping into meals. Effective Fall 2023,all residents must swipe their physical Aggie Card to enter the DCs for meals.
