May Drink of the Month
In collaboration with the Whole Earth Festival on Mother's Day Weekend, May 8-10th, the CoHo will be offering a special drink for the first half of May. It is called the “Solardarity Sunrise”. This refreshing layered treat features a luscious peach puree base, topped with crisp lemonade and finished with earthy green tea. The 16-ounce drink is running now through May 9th in Swirlz for $5.75. Bring your own cup in and receive $.25 off! Try this drink today and celebrate the Earth.
Cinco de Mayo
On Tuesday, May 5th, the CoHo will be serving specially baked Conchas, a traditional Mexican sweet bread, which means “shell” in Spanish. It's famous for its signature seashell-like appearance. It consists of soft, fluffy, brioche-like rolls topped with a crunchy, sugary crust. Available in the Swirlz bakery, while supplies last, on Cinco de Mayo only.
Pride Drink
Beginning May 12, 2026, through the remainder of the quarter, the CoHo will feature its Pride Drink, the Lavender Love for $5.75. The “Lavender Love” is a refreshing, sophisticated twist on your daily caffeine fix. We start with our signature, smooth cold brew coffee and crown it with a velvety, handcrafted lavender and white chocolate flavored cold foam. It’s the perfect balance of floral notes and creamy sweetness—a drink designed to brighten your day and celebrate the joy of universal love in every cup.
