What You Need to Know About the February Strike

We always strive to make where you eat and where you live the most enjoyable part of your day, but right now, some of our dining locations and residence halls will be affected by the union strike that is taking place from Wednesday, February 26 to Thursday, February 27. We hope all dining locations and residence halls will resume their normal operations as soon as possible, but in the meantime, please learn more about what is affected.

Campus Judicial Board Recruitment

We are pleased to announce the start of the Campus Judicial Board (CJB) recruitment process for the 2025-2026 academic year. The CJB is a unique student group on campus that works directly with OSSJA to resolve disputed cases of academic misconduct through formal hearings and/or advising students who have been reported to our office. The CJB plays an integral role in the disciplinary process by bringing student perspectives and helping participants understand and prepare for the hearing.

Aggie Health and Well-Being Survey

All UC Davis students are invited to complete the Aggie Health and Well-Being Survey! These survey results are crucial to UC Davis’ support of students’ health and well-being.

Please check your UC Davis email to find the survey and complete it by March 2nd, 2025. Fifty students will win a $50 gift card to Target, and another fifty students will win a $10 Target gift card.

New Student Programs is officially hiring Orientation Leaders (OLs) for 2025 Aggie Orientation. This position is open to undergraduate students of all colleges and majors at UC Davis. Our annual Energy and Water Challenge is well underway! If you have not already, sign up for the challenge, join your building’s team and start completing actions. New actions are added weekly, and each one of them will be based around sustainable topics like water, energy, waste, and climate. Keep completing actions and take your team to the victory!

Become a Peer Buddy

Best Buddies is a non-profit organization promoting inclusivity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a peer buddy, you will be paired up in a one-on-one friendship between people with and without disabilities.
