Picnic Day is UC Davis' most revered traditions and serves as the university's annual open house hosting over 75,000 annual attendees! The 111th Picnic Day is on Saturday, April 12th, 2025.

Opportunities to get involved with organizing Picnic Day are open right now! There are positions available on any of our 15 teams, including Animal Events, Children's Discovery Fair, Entertainment, Special Events, Parade, and more. With varying levels of commitment, you can pick the opening that works for you; we are currently seeking Volunteers, General Members, and Assistant Directors.
