Stress Due to Time Management

  • Struggling with time management? The Office of Educational Opportunity and Enrichment Services, OEOES, provides amazing workshops that are worth checking out!
  • They have workshops and success coaching to help you with building your schedules, task management, focus and concentration, and more!

Mental Health Resources

Peer Mentor Support

  • Schedule a meeting with your Peer Mentor. They are here for you and can help you identify support options based on your individual needs. Remember that you are not alone in facing the challenges of college life, and the stress and negative emotions that sometimes come with that. There are campus resources and professional counseling services that are here to help you, and you’re encouraged to take advantage of them!
