Student Community Center (SCC):

Office Hours: Building Connections with Professors and TAs
Attending office hours might seem intimidating at first, but it’s one of the best ways to excel academically and build meaningful faculty relationships.


What Are Office Hours?
Designated times when professors and TAs meet with students to discuss class materials, assignments, or questions.


Why You Should Go:

  • Clarify topics from lectures or readings
  • Get feedback on assignments or projects
  • Learn about research, internships, and academic opportunities
  • Build relationships for mentorship and recommendation letters
