About: Hi my name is Daniel; San Diego is where I call home. I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (2017) and a Master of Education in Postsecondary Educational Leadership: Specialization in Student Affairs from San Diego State University (2019). In my free time, you can catch me at the gym, walking my dog Buddha around and watching the newest Marvel or DC project. Drop by and say hi!!!

About: Welcome to UC Davis! This is my fourth year as an RD at Davis and I'm excited to be back! I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Political Science and a M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Denver. About: I am Summer Barber and I am going into my fifth year as a Resident Director here at UC Davis. I attended California State University, Stanislaus for both my undergraduate and graduate course work. While at CSU Stanislaus I received my Master of Arts in Education Counseling. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and baking. I am eager and excited to start this new year and meet everyone.

About: Hello! My name is Victoria Ramos, and I am the RD over Mahogany, Hawthorn, & Sequoia. I grew up in Central California. I received my BA in Elementary Education and my Teaching Credential from San Diego State University! Outside of work, I enjoy baking, cooking, a good matcha, and going on spontaneous adventures. About: I’m entering my fourth year as the Resident Director for Cottonwood and Redwood Halls at UC Davis, and I’m excited to continue supporting the students who call UC Davis their Aggie Home! I’ve had the privilege of working with Asian and Pacific Islander Aggies, international students, and many of our first-year students, and I’m always grateful for the opportunity to be part of their college experience. As a Resident Director, Community Council Advisor, and CliftonStrengths Coach, I especially enjoy watching students grow, discover their strengths, and become more confident in who they are.
Whether you’re new to the community or returning for another year, I hope you’ll stop by my office in Cottonwood Hall. I have an open-door policy, and I am always interested in meeting the members of our community.

About: Hi! I am Christina, a first-generation Latina from California Central Valley holding degrees from UC Berkeley and UCLA. I have previously worked in college and career advising, identity centers, and residential life, which have supported my values surrounded in community, social justice, and equity for most marginalized folk. Outside of academics and work, I enjoy attending live music shows, reading romantic comedy books, and online shopping.

About: Hi everyone! Before transitioning into higher education, I worked as a child and teen trauma therapist, and I’ve always had a passion for supporting others. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, reading, watching movies, and trying out new hobbies and crafts that help me unplug and be creative. I’m so excited to welcome you to UC Davis and hope you have an amazing year!
