Winter Interim Housing Options
The residence halls will be closing for winter break on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and will reopen Friday, January 5, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. During this period student may not stay within the residence halls. Student Housing and Dining Services is partnering with local hotels to provide discounted rates for students who may need a place to stay during part or all of winter break.

Hilton Garden Inn
Thank you for considering the Hilton Garden Inn Davis as the host hotel! We are thrilled for the opportunity to work with you and house you this holiday season! Nightly rate for Friday, December 15, 2023 through Friday, January, 05, 2024 is $99. The Hilton Garden Inn Davis is pleased to offer the following concessions:

- Complimentary breakfast - available in the lobby everyday
Each individual will be responsible for their room rates and incidental charges. At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accept by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest's estimated charges.
Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by calling 1-855-869-8017 or using the group booking link. Guests making such reservatiosn must identify themselves as UC Davis students. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guarnteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within 24 hours before 3:00 p.m. of the guest's check-in dates, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night's room fee plus any applicable taxes.
