Residence Halls will remain open during Spring Break
Spring Break Dining Commons hours: 

• Markets and Latitude close on Thursday, March 20; after dinner
• Dining Commons close on Friday, March 21; at 8pm
• Segundo DC reopens for dinner on Saturday, March 29 from 5pm - 8pm
• All DCs, Markets and Latitude resume their regular schedules on Monday, March 31

SAFETY TIPS IF YOU ARE LEAVING FOR SPRING BREAK

• Refrigerator: Remove food items & clean, but do not unplug
• Remove all trash from your room and suite; please visit this webpage for

• Check and/or empty your mailbox inside your area’s Service Center 
• Unplug ALL electrical appliances (except your Microfridge)
• Turn off lights and turn down thermostats to the lowest setting
• LOCK windows and OPEN drapes/blinds
• LOCK your room/suite door
• Take valuables home

The Green at West Village

Spring break is March 24-27, 2025. The Green office and mailroom will remain open  Monday-Friday for normal operating hours except for Friday, March 28, when the office will be closed to walk in traffic. Contracts Coordinators will be unavailable on Friday, 
March 28, due to the university holiday and will return at 9am on Monday, March 31, 2025.

SAFETY TIPS IF YOU ARE LEAVING FOR SPRING BREAK

• Turn off your thermostat.
• Turn off all lights & electrical devices.
• Close and lock your windows.
• Close your drapes/blinds.
• Remove and properly dispose of all trash and compost in designated areas.
• Take your valuables with you (jewelry, laptop, medication, etc.)
• If applicable, clean out your fridge.
• Lock your bike in your room.
• Lock your room AND/OR apartment door.
• If you are leaving your vehicle on-site over the break, be sure to remove all visible belongings, and store them in your apartment.

MEALS/DINING - There will be no meal service during the break.

For lockouts and emergency maintenance requests during office closures, please contact the Green Office at 530-999-2793 and select number option 1 for afterhours maintenance emergencies and number option 4 for lockouts.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES WHERE THEY CAN BE EASILY SEEN OR STOLEN.

Orchard Park

Spring break is March 24-28 2025. The Orchard Park office and mailroom will remain open Monday-Thursday for normal operating hours. Friday, March 28th the office and mailroom will be closed to walk-ins. Lockouts and maintenance issues can be requested via phone or by emailing orchardpark@tmo.com. All questions regarding leasing or contracts should be emailed to studenthousing@ucdavis.edu.
