Moove-out is right around the corner! Get ready now and make this process a breeze.

SHDS Sustainability will be hosting the Aggies Give & Go donation drive, where we will be collecting gently used clothing items and non-perishables starting Friday, June 5. We will also coordinate a mattress topper collection to reduce landfill waste.

Look for donation stations in your Res Hall Lobby (Regan Main for Regan residents) beginning Friday, June 5. Start sorting through your stuff now to reduce the amount of work.

Spring Quarter is coming to an end. We have a handful of updates for you, so read along!

Spring Quarter is home to some of the most exciting events on campus! This is your opportunity to collect new Trading Cards and redeem prizes…but ACT FAST.

May 29 is the LAST DAY to submit raffle tickets. On May 30, Grand Prize winners will be announced! June 5 is the LAST DAY to collect prizes. All prizes are first-come, first-served, so head on over to ASUCD Headquarters fast (3rd floor of the MU, open 8AM-4PM, Mon-Fri).

There is some misinformation circulating about data protection levels and cloud storage. Let's get the facts straight. 

Let's start with the Data Protection Levels.  There are 4 of them, starting with P1 and going through P4. 

P1 - All the data that is available to the public. That data has no or mostly no risk of hurting anyone if leaked.

Have any duplicate cards? Well…mark your calendars for MAY 14! We are hosting a TRADING EVENT for students to trade their cards, get a glimpse of NEW rare cards, and meet fellow students. This event will be HYPE with snacks and games. Join us at the Coffee House from 3-5 PM. Follow @asucdoffical for more information about this event.

SHDS Sustainability will be hosting an Aggies Give & Go donation drive, where we will be collecting gently used clothing items and non-perishables. We will also be coordinating a mattress topper collection with the goal of reducing landfill waste.

We always strive to make where you eat and where you live the most enjoyable part of your day, but right now, some of our dining locations and residence halls will be affected by the union strike beginning May 14, 2026 and going indefinitely. We hope all dining locations and residence halls will resume their normal operations as soon as possible, but in the meantime, please learn more about what is affected.

What is affected by the strike: 

The CCC, A&PI, and MENASA Pods are collaborating with the SRRC Pantry and Teaching Kitchen to provide cultural spices, sauces, and condiments that are a part of Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian cuisines.

Come by the SRRC Pantry this spring quarter (while supplies last!).

The Spice Pantry is located on the bottom two shelves of the Aggie Compass Essentials Food Pantry. Accessible during center operating hours.

This week, SHDS Sustainability will be hosting the Spring Quarter Waste Studies, where we will be measuring how much post-consumer food waste is produced in the DCs. If you see us, we encourage you all to stop by and share feedback regarding your meals.

This April, celebrate Earth Day and make a positive impact in your community! During this challenge, you can complete actions that will teach you sustainable habits and get points that will earn you prizes and sustainability swag.

How does the challenge work?
